| Mark and Patti Dolezal opened M D Realty, Ltd. for business in Feb. 1987. Founded in 1987 by Mark Dolezal, M D Realty, Ltd. is known throughout Geauga, Trumbull, Ashtabula and Portage counties as “Your Local Realtors.” The company has been the recipient of the Ohio Association of Realtors President’s Sales Award multiple times in recent years and enjoys a loyal clientele built in part thanks to twenty three years of personal referrals given by satisfied customers. Mark's interest in real estate, homes, and architecture began at an early age. He became a licensed real estate agent, and was a first time home owner at the age of twenty-one. Mark and Patti are Middlefield natives who share an amiable, even-keel demeanor and a genuine passion for the profession.
